Overview
Cube is centered, so both players have access to the cube. Black has already a  nice Racelead of 13 Pips before this Roll. White´s Position is like the starting Position, but he has already made an advanced Anchor. Black has already played one checker to his ace point, which is not realy good.
So what is now Black´s Gameplan here. Priming and Attacking can be closed out very fast, cause the strong Anchor from White on Black´s 4 Point. There is only the Race Gameplan which fits to Blacks Position and Roll. 6-6 is best Race Roll available. If Black can bring around both of his Runner he has almost won the game, many times White will have to pass the Cube from Black, cause the big race deficit.

Making the 5 Point looks realy great and it is of course the best Point Black can make. But Black leaves here a lot of Shoots for White. White will attack very freely here even if he has to leave reshoots, cause a rehit doesnt hurt White much, cause he is already far behind in the Race. Specially the Blot on the 4 Point is in danger of being Attacked. White will attack this Blot on the 4 Point with every 2 or 4 or 9, and he doesnt care if he is being rehit, specially cause there is still the Blot on Blacks Ace Point, and of course White has an strong Anchor, which gives him a lot of security. Additionally there are some double hit Rolls for White, which can turn the game very fast around in favour for White.
We can close out this move because it leaves to many Shoots for White and it´s not realy an racing Move, its more a building Move.

21/9 11/5(2)

This move looks similar to the last move we analysed, but there is a big difference here, it reduces a lot of the Attacking Rolls for White. White now has only 5´s 3´s and 10. The move looks smart cause of the ‘Duplication’ of 5´s, but this is not a real duplication here. Finally this move is better then the last move, but it still leaves too many reshoots, and it doesnt make it easier for Black to bring around his 2 Runners save. So we can close out this one also. Again its not a Racing Move its more a Building Move.

22/10 21/9

This move is without any doubt a Racing Move, which fits in our Gameplan from Black, but it´s too risky here, it leaves too many Shoots 6´s 5´s and a Double hit with 5-1. Second Point is, that maybe black cannot clean up this position next turn. The Idea behind this move is right but the risk is too high here, cause there are too many reshoots.

22/16 21/15 11/5(2)

This move is a little bit better than the last one, but it still leaves too many reshoots. Its better because it leaves less reshoots and Black has made his 5´pt. But again its not a racing Move its more a Building Move, so we can close out this move.

22/16 21/3

First of all this is a racing Play, no doubts. Black brings around one of his runners and is leaving only one Blot with a single shoot. Specially in Racing Games, its allways more easy to bring home one runner instead of two. Exactly this makes this move to the best move, it fits perfect in the Gameplan of Black. But i have to admit this move looks not very pretty, cause we are used to make the 5 point here, and i think this is where most of players would make the blunder here and i think even the top players would be in Danger of making here a Blunder.
